Our collaborative approach addresses a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, and overall life dissatisfaction. We adopt a holistic perspective, offering support to individuals, couples, and families alike.

In addition to general counselling, I specialize in Couples Counselling, Infertility, Pregnancy Loss and Reproductive Trauma, Grief and Loss, EMDR, Women’s Hormonal Health, and Men’s Emotional Health.

Our team consists of warm and welcoming practitioners who are skilled in mental and emotional health. We’re committed to providing safety, connection, resources, and supportive care as you navigate your therapeutic journey. As therapists, we understand the challenges of taking that first step toward counselling; we, too, have engaged in our own therapeutic work.
